BATHROOM EXPANSION REMODEL

This client had a worn out guest bathroom that was small with a mismatch vanity and a pink tub. We took down a wall and minimized the guest room closet, reconfigured the bathroom layout and started to put this back together. We installed a heated marble floor, subway tile wall, soaking tub the and a granite marble look vanity.

CUSTOM BOARD AND BATTEN

This clients house was one of those "Sears Catalog" homes from the 1950s. They hadn't done any updates and the bathroom was in dire straights. The client wanted clean and classy and functional. We found a hidden vaulted ceiling in the demo that became part of the design concept & we finished the wall with custom built board and batten.

STAIRCASE REFINISHING

We just adore this 1925 home that we have had the honor to work on restoring. This is just a sneak peak of some of the work we have completed in this home. This back staircase needed some love & after some sanding the treads and painted the risers.
