Farmhouse renovation
One of my very first projects was this couple Ethan and Lindsey that owned a farmhouse on the other side of town. It needed a lot of work. At the time Lindsey was pregnant with their second child so they wanted to hold off renovation until after their baby was born. In the mean time I tore my rotator cuff and needed surgery. I didn't have any true employees at this point, just one dad who had to drop his son off and pick him up after school. But two weeks after my surgery with my arm in a sling Jon ( my helper ) and I started working on this space ... it obviously took triple the time it was supposed to take, but Ethan and Lindsey were super supportive.
